Thanks to it, your VPS server will be entered in our custom–developed server monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the critical processes. And in the event of a service crash, our server administrators will be alerted straight away and they will rectify the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your hosted content is compulsory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with our Optional Admin Services offer, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies will be placed on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. This implies that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your virtual server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure certain software on it. And if this may sound like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Optional Admin Services offer, is definitely the perfect solution for your needs. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our seasoned technical support engineers who will install any software application or rectify any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an extra feature.
